05 / The particulars
Before we talk.
A few things worth making clear.
01
Who runs the workflow after setup?
Your agency does. The proposed setup engagement includes configuration, testing, training and handover. Your team then handles daily operation, campaign QA and approvals.
02
Do we have to buy ongoing support?
No. Skayze support is optional after handover. Its scope would cover agreed system monitoring, troubleshooting or maintenance. Ongoing campaign operations would need a separate fulfillment scope.
03
What will the engagement cost?
White-label fulfillment is $500 per account per month for 1–10 accounts, including monthly reporting and optimization. Enterprise engagements with 11 or more accounts and agency workflow setup are quoted individually. Ad spend, third-party costs and any agreed onboarding charges are separate.
04
Is the automated campaign workflow ready?
It is in development. The intended path connects a structured request to campaign preparation, QA and a preview for review. End-to-end automation has not yet been verified, and a preview turnaround has not been committed.
05
Will campaigns launch automatically?
Launch permissions and spend activation still need to be defined. This proposed workflow ends at review. The channels, campaign types, approval steps and any launch actions would be agreed explicitly.
06
Can we combine setup and fulfillment?
Setup and fulfillment can be scoped together. We would define which work Skayze performs and which work your agency owns, including setup and support charges, so the responsibilities are clear.
